The Sartre Wars
If only Star Wars actually was like this.
If only Star Wars actually was like this.
I decided to do a bit of browser bookmark spring-cleaning today and whilst doing so I spotted quite a few things that I found interesting or visually appealing so I thought I’d share them on here.
I’ve tried to credit the creators where possible, but sometimes with sites like Ffffound, this just isn’t possible.
I hope you see something that inspires you.

Old Spice – Jungle Wilderness by be_motion
I discovered today that there’s a new Ad out in the Old Spice series which we’ve been tracking here at Flint & Tinder for a while: the ads, the spoof.
I have to admit, I don’t like this new one for a multitude of reasons which include:
1) The new guy – he’s just not as good
2) The way he walks is ridiculous
3) The amount of CGI that is noticeably used in this new ad.
Overall I don’t really think this is that effective and damages a lot of the hard work done by the old ads. I guess it goes to show (see subsequent Cadbury’s ads after the “Gorilla”) that a good idea should only be milked for so long.
What do you think?
Another day at Flint & Tinder and another website launched. This time it is for Hampshire based entertainment and events management company Tailored Entertainment.
Aside from the website design, we also re-branded the company and undertook a few print design projects including business cards and a promotional leaflet.
We’ll be posting up a case study of the whole process soon over on the Flint & Tinder site soon, but in the meantime, please have a look at the site below and let us know what you think!
Here’s the link: www.tailored-entertainment.com
I stumbled across this site recently and thought I’d share it with you.
The site does pretty much what it says on the tin.

Here are a few of my favourite images. There are plenty more on the site, so please give it a visit.
